Celebrate Fathers’ Day at The Museum of Somerset

Celebrate Fathers’ Day at The Museum of Somerset
We are holding an afternoon of local beer, cider, food and jazz on Sunday 17 June to celebrate Fathers’ Day.

Headlining the event will be Cotleigh Brewery from Wiveliscombe, who are running a beer and cider stall featuring a range of their own local beers and real ales, together with ciders from Sheppy’s. There will also be a Pimms bar. Running alongside the beer stall will be a lunchtime barbecue offering a selection of local Somerset burgers, sausages and other treats. The museum café will be open throughout the afternoon serving cream teas and homemade cakes.

There will be live music in the museum courtyard from the Lazy River Jazz Band, and children’s activities will be available throughout the afternoon inside the museum.

The event runs from 12pm to 6pm, with last admission at 5.30pm. Entry is free, but a donation of £3 per adult is suggested.
